Cancel my booking

RBG require a 48 hour notice on cancellations to any bookings, If cancellation is after the 48 hours you are required to pay for the food in full. Which will be debited from your credit card.

Can I request a specific location in the venue?

Our team do take requests for certain seating locations and will do our best to accommodate this for you on the day, however this is not guaranteed. Just make a note in the booking notes if you would like to request an area.

Can we bring a cake & balloons?

RBG will store your cake on the day if needed, so clearly mark the cake with your child's name. As we do not charge a 'cakeage' fee, you will need to supply your own disposable plates and cutlery for the cake.

Opening Hours

TRADING HOURS

Monday-Thursday 6:00am to 6:30pm

Friday and Saturday 7:00am to 8:00pm

Sunday 7:00am to 5.30pm

*Breakfast service is available 8am to 10.30am Saturday and Sunday only.

*Cabinet service is available all day Monday to Friday.

*Please note that Public Holiday opening hours may differ and will affect the regular trading hours.
